SV Concepts’ technicians’ resumes include education seminars around the world, including training with Toni and Guy, Vidal Sassoon, and Framesi, and Wella coloring and cutting. Each operator is required to continue his/her education; this provides you with state of the art, cutting edge personal care.

Our goal is to support our services with professional products that help maintain and nurture the hair, skin, and body. We offer products for at-home use that will supplement the services we provide at the salon. This allows you to look like you have just left the salon…everyday.

Guarantee of Satisfaction
With the proper consultation and state of the art service, combined with our recommended retail products, we are confident in your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please inform our management so we may take the necessary steps to address your concerns. Remember, finding “your personal technician” can be simplified by communicating. Listed below are our service guarantees:

Hair – Five days full guarantee on all services; after five days, client will be charged in full.

Cancellations
48-hour notice is requested when canceling an appointment.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in our prices or packages. The industry standard is 20% of the service fee and is always a matter of choice.

Refunds
Gift Certificates are not refundable. We believe in the concept of quality service and guarantee the services performed in our salon and spa.

Payment
SV Concepts honors VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks.

Personal Belongings
SV Concepts is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Smocks are provided to avoid damaged clothing.

Points of Concern
To ensure the SV Concepts experience, we recommend your undivided attention. Please refrain from using cell phones during your service. Although SV Concepts provides services for the entire family, children must be supervised at all times for their own safety. Children are not permitted in the treatment rooms.

Appointments
We ask that our spa guests arrive fifteen minutes before their scheduled service. Salon guests are encouraged to arrive at least five minutes before their scheduled service to allow for preparation. Arriving late for appointments will reduce the length of your appointment, therefore taking away from the technicians’ expertise. While unfortunate circumstances such as traffic or other complications may be beyond your control, please call if you are running late to make sure we can accommodate you.
